What happens if I exceed 100 minutes a month?+
Transcription or export pauses until your next monthly cycle, when both refill to 100 minutes. You'll see your remaining minutes in the editor at all times.
How does the yearly plan work?+
You pay for 10 months and get 12. The 100 minutes of transcription and 100 minutes of export still refill every month, not once a year.
Which currency will I pay in?+
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, otherwise in US dollars, and checkout charges the same amount. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
How does the watermark work?+
There isn't one. Free trial users can edit but not export. Pro exports are clean MP4s ready to publish.
